| 应用阴阳离子交换树脂分离、提纯D-蛋氨酸,通过不同的树脂对比实验,初步确定了水解液通过阳离子NH4+型柱吸附,再用0.15 mol·L-1的氨水解析的工艺流程,解析液对水解液的D-蛋氨酸收率为87%. |

| Comparison of Refining D-Methionine by Anion-Cation Exchange Resin |

| Abstract: |
| Using anion-cation exchange resin to refine D-methionine was tested.Result showed that the hydrolyzate was adsorped by cation NH_4~+ type cylinder and then eluted by 0.15mol·L~(-1) ammonia.D-methionine's yield by the eluate was 87 percent. |
