S-腺苷-L-蛋氨酸(SAM)稳定性盐产品制备的研究

摘要:
研究了S-腺苷-L-蛋氨酸(SAM)盐产品的制备方法,确定了甲醇沉淀结晶SAM硫酸盐的最优条件,进一步优化了脱色精制SAM双盐产品的方法.破胞液经超滤后,过D152树脂以硫酸溶液洗脱,可得到纯度(色谱纯)在98%以上的SAM硫酸盐产品,以对甲苯磺酸溶液溶解SAM硫酸盐后脱色精制得到SAM硫酸对甲苯磺酸双盐.

Study on Preparation of Stable Salts of S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine
Abstract:
Purification and preparation of stable salts of S-adenosyl-L-methionine were investigated and the optimum conditions for precipitating salts of SAM with methanol had been determined as well as the methods for preparing double salts of SAM had been improved.Being filtrated after breaking yeast cells and purified by D152 resins,eluting with H_2SO_4,purity of SAM(HPLC) could achieve 98%.After dissolving salts of SAM with p-toluene sulfuric acid,p-toluenesulfonate salts of SAM was obtained.
