黄鳝血液生理参数的研究

摘要:

报道了健康黄鳝血液的几项生理参数.结果,红细胞2.37×1012L,白细胞4.16×109L,血栓球61.6×109L,血红蛋白134.5 gL,红细胞最大脆性0.35%(NaCL溶液),血沉1.05 mmh,凝血时间1.75 min.并将黄鳝的血液生理参数与其它几种鱼类作了对比分析.

Abstract:

Study of blood physiology of the ricefield eel showed the following:red blood cell was 2.37×10 12/L,white blood cell was 4.16×10 9/L,thrombocyte was 61.6×10 9/L,hemoglobin was 134.5 g/L,fragility of erythrocytes was 0.35%(NaCl%),erythrocyte sedimentation rate was 1.05 mm/h,clotting time was 1.75min. Some physiological aspects of the eel blood were compared with several kinds of fish.
