不同栽培料培育的茶薪菇氨基酸含量比较研究

摘要:
木屑栽培茶薪菇和稻草培茶薪菇均含有18种氨基酸,前者氨基酸总量为18.35%,其中必须氨基酸质量分数为8.14%,鲜味氨基酸质量分数为5.88%;后者氨基酸总量为20.21%,其中必须氨基酸质量分数为8.96%,鲜味氨基酸质量分数为6.37%.提示稻草栽培茶薪菇的氨基酸营养价值优于木屑栽培茶薪菇.

Study on the Amino Acid Contents of Agrocybe chasingu Cultivated in Different Substrata
Abstract:
The nutritional quality of Agrocybe chasingu cultivated in different subsrtata was studied. It was found that there were 18 aminoacids in Agrocybe chasingu cultivated both in sawdustt and in rice straw. Total content of 18 amino acids,8 essential amino acids and 4 delicate flavour amino acids sere 18.35%,8.14%and5.88%respectively in the former and 20.12%,8.96%,6.37% in the later,which indicated that cultivating Agrocybe chasingu with rice straw could improve its nutritional quality.
