| 采用热水提取法,从麻黄中提取到水溶性多糖,其收率为2.8%左 右.经SephadexG-100柱层析得到较纯的麻黄多糖样品.该样品具有清除(O2)的作用. |

| The water soluble polysacharides that was obtained by cooking and extraction ephedra,whth an yield of 2.8% approximately.The extraction was purified with filtration chromatography with SephadexG 100.This work indicated that the prodult has the function of cleaning oxygen free radical. |
