Study on the Prescription for preserved Egg Bag |

Abstract: |
The preserved egg solidification depends upon the concentration of NaOH in dipping liquid.Increase or decrease of 0.65 percent of the concentration may enhance or delay a day in solidifying period.Of them,the best prescription for the solidification is 11g for dipping liquid,and 7.76 percent for NaOH concentration.They begin to solidify from the eleventh day after being dipped. |
