| 采用先高温蒸煮后加稀碱与酶解相结合,并用氯仿反萃取的方法提取硫酸软骨素,与其它提取方法相比较,缩短了一半工艺流程,同时提高了纯度和提取率 ,减轻了碱法提取所带来的环境污染. |

| Abstract: |
| Chondzoitin sulfate extracted from animal cartilage is a useful medicine for curing coronary heart disease,pain in nervous system,hearing disability caused by streptomycin and hepatitis.The result of our study showed that the method for extracting the medicine which involved boilling at high temperature and adding diluted alkali,enzyme hydrolysis and trans extraction by Chloroform,is of a shorther process comparing with the old one.The purity of the product is higher.The method is more environmentally friend than alkaline methad. |
