Abstract: |
Endophytic actinomycetes can produce a variety of secondary metabolites and are important sources of new antibiotics. At present, the study of the endophytic actinomycetes from Qamgur (Brassica rapa L.) mainly focuses on endophytic fungi, and there are few reports of endophytic actinomycetes. In order to find new actinomycetes or new active substances, the diversity of endophytic actinomycetes from Qamgur, a dual-purpose plant for medicine and food in Xinjiang, was studied. Endophytic actinomycetes were isolated and cultured from the roots, stems and leaves of Qamgur, subjected to morphological observation, 16S rDNA sequencing and phylogenetic tree analysis. 17 strains were isolated, and 12 were G+ bacilli, 3 were G+ cocci and 2 were G+ filaments. Sequence analysis and phylogenetic tree show that 17 strains belong to Rhodococcus, Nocardiopsis, Streptomyces, Brevibacterium, Brachybacterium, Janibacter and Microbacterium, and most of them are rare actinomycetes. |
