| 蟾酥脂溶性提取物的分离分析及其镇痛、抗肿瘤作用研究 |

| 摘要: |
| 分析了中药蟾酥脂溶性提取物,研究其镇痛作用和对体外培养的T淋巴瘤细胞及Hela细胞生长的抑制作用.蟾酥的氯仿提取物用薄层层析定性,利用小鼠醋酸扭体法和热板法实验,判定药物镇痛作用的强弱.在倒置显微镜下,应用台盼兰染色法观察蟾酥氯仿提取物对T淋巴瘤细胞及Hela细胞的生长抑制作用.结果,与阴性对照相比,蟾酥氯仿提取物能显著降低小鼠扭体次数,显著提高小鼠热板痛阈值,明显抑制T淋巴瘤细胞及Hela细胞的生长,明显诱导T淋巴瘤细胞及Hela细胞的凋亡,凋亡率呈剂量和时间依赖性. |

| Abstract: |
| Chloroform extracted compound from Venenum bafonis and its analgesic effect and inhibition of cultured T lymphoma cell and Hela cell were studied.The qualitative analysis of the compound was done by TLC and mice acetic acid writhing and mice hot plate methods were used to determine the analgesic effect.Under the microscope,the inhibition effects of T-lymphoma cell and Hela cell treated by the compound were observed by TRYPAN-Blue assay.Comparing the negative control,the writhing times of the mice reduced and mice threshold of pain raised remarkably.The growth of T-lymphoma cell and Hela cell could be inhibited remarkably and also the apoptosis of T lymphoma cell and Hela cell could be induced obviously. |
