| 利用国产培养基原料在摇瓶发酵中对重组大肠杆菌E.coli BL21生产降血压肽的发酵培养基进行了研究,根据试验结果得出优化的国产培养基配方质量分数为:酵母粉3%,蛋白胨2.5%,葡萄糖1%,NaCl 0.5%.选择使用优化国产培养基虽然比进口培养基的表达量下降了15%,但是生产成本大大降低,为下一步的工业化生产打下了基础. |

| Abstract: |
| The fermentation medium of the recombinant bacteria(E.coli BL21) using domestic ingredients was studied.By Orthogonal test,the optimal culture medium was: yeast extract 3%,tryptone 2.5%,glucose 1%,sodium chloride 0.5%.Although the expression of the domestic medium was 15% lower than the foreign one,the cost degraded greatly. |
