| 提取山羊免疫组织总RNA两种方法的比较研究 |

| 摘要: |
| 采用山羊不同免疫组织作为原料,以氯化钠-柠檬酸钠法与苯酚-稀盐法进行RNA提取的比较;分别确定两种方法对于不同免疫组织(肝脏、脾脏和淋巴)最大提取率分别为0.156%、0.150%、0.182%和0.142%、0.127%、0.164%.采用华特生公司蛋白质浓度检验试剂盒BCA法测定蛋白含量.定磷法测DNA含量,地衣酚显色法测RNA含量,样品用紫外分光光度计进行扫描,苯酚-稀盐法提取淋巴组织,RNA紫外吸收OD260:OD280=2.042077;氯化钠-柠檬酸钠法提取淋巴组织RNA紫外吸收OD260:OD280=2.1098. |

| Comparison of Two Methods of Extracting Total RNA from Goat Immune Tissues |

| Abstract: |
| Different goat immune tissues were used as raw materials,RNA was extracted by sodium chloride-citric sodium and phenol-the thin salt methods.The most extraction rate was 1.56‰,1.50‰,1.82‰ and 1.42‰,1.27‰,1.64‰ respectively from different immune tissues(liver、spleen and lymph).The result showed that the phenol-thin salt method was better. |
