| 摘要: |
| 对羊胎盘提取液(Sheep placental extract,SPE)及其组分免疫调节活性因子-Ⅰ(Sheep placental immunoreglating activity factor-Ⅰ,SPIF-Ⅰ)进行高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析并通过E玫瑰花环试验进行免疫生物活性评价.结果表明:在羊胎盘提取液中质量分数为11.94%的SPIF-Ⅰ同羊胎盘提取液一样能显著促进人外周血淋巴细胞E玫瑰花环形成,具有明显的剂量-效应依赖关系.SPIF-Ⅰ是羊胎盘提取液中一种具有免疫调节的小分子活性多肽. |

| Abstract: |
| The analysis of sheep placental extract and one of its component(SPIF-Ⅰ)was made by reverse phase-high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC),and the appraisal of immunocompetence of them was measured by E-rosette test.The results showed that both sheep placental extract and SPIF-Ⅰcould increase E-rosette formation of human peripheral blood lymphocytes and that SPIF-Ⅰwas a small chain peptide with immunoreglating activity of sheep placenta extract. |
