| 以谷氨酸高产菌种LH谷氨酸棒杆菌为出发菌株,用化学试剂亚硝基胍(NTG)诱变,经结构类似物磺胺胍和摇瓶产酸筛选,获得一株产L-精氨酸的菌株LH425,在摇瓶发酵中,培养96 h,产酸率38 g·L-1. |

| Isolation of Highly Productive Strain of L- Arginine |

| Abstract: |
| Corynebacterium glutamicum L H as the starting strain was mutagenized by chemical reagent nitrosoguanidine(NTG) and selected on the plate of structural analogs sulfaguanidine, a strain of LH425 producing L-arginine was obtained. Cultured for 96 hours in flask, acid yield of 38g·L~ -1 was achieved. |
