| 以黄色短杆菌为出发菌,采用诱变育种的方法选育得到一株能高产L-组氨酸的突变菌株.在加有150g·L-1葡萄糖;35 g·L-1硫酸铵;10 g·L-1蛋白胨的发酵培养基中培养72 h,产L-组氨酸128.28mg ·L-1. |

| Mutagenic Breeding of Brevibacterium flavum Producing L-Histidine |

| Abstract: |
| A L-histidine-high-producing mutant was obtained from Brevibacterium flavum by means of mutagenesis. When incubated at 30℃for 72hr, it could accumulate about 128.28mg·L -1 L-histidine in the medium containing 150g·L -1 glucose, 35g·L -1(NH 4) 2SO 4 and 10g·L -1 peptone. |
