| The effects of extracting time, times and the volume of solvent for extracting efficiency were studied by using orthogonal test method and analyzing the results by the international popular statistical software-SPSS10.0. At the same time, the most suitable concentration range of (NH 4) 2SO 4 for salting out was researched. A better technical method has been achieved. |
