| 采用原子吸收分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定了紫菀根中的矿质元素和游离氨基酸的质量分数.矿质元素Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca、Mo、Mn、Se的质量分数分别为42.89、58.14、920.93、2548.25、3925.43、0.65、52.18 mg*Kg-1、＜0.0005 mg*Kg-1;氨基酸:天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、苏氨酸、组氨酸+精氨酸、丙氨酸、蛋氨酸、缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸的质量分数分别为26、17、40、36、190、36、37、80、8.7、4.5、13、41 mg*Kg-1. |

| Abstract: |
| The content of mineral elements and amino acids in Aster tataricus was determined. The results showed that the contents of Cu?Zn?Fe?Mg?Ca?Mo?Mn and Se were 42.89?58.14?920.93?2548.25?3925.43?0.65?52.18 and <0.0005mg·Kg -1 respectively. The contents of amino acids of ASP?Glu?Gly?Thr?His+Arg?Ala?Met?Val?Phe?Ile?Leu and Lys were 26?17?40?36?190?36?37?80?8.7?4.5?13 and 41 mg·Kg -1 respectively. |
