利用有机溶剂沉淀法制备了高纯度的甘氨酸铜、甘氨酸锌及赖氨酸锌螯合物,以螯合率为指标考察了合成工艺的主要影响因素,确定了最佳的原料配比,pH值及反应时间和温度.并通过化学分析、原子吸收分光光度分析和红外光谱分析对螯合物进行了研究,确证了螯合物的生成. |

Abstract: |
The highly pure chelates of Glycine-Cu, Glycine-Zn and Lysine-Zn were prepared by organic solvent, and the synthetic conditions were investigated according to the molar ratio of ligand, pH and reaction time and temperature. In the mean time, the products were analyzed by chemical method, atomic absorption spectroscopy and IR spectrometry. |
