| 以比利时杜鹃(Rhododendron hybridun)的茎段、叶为材料,Read、Anderson和N培养基为基本培养基,在23±0.5℃,光照12 h/d,光照强度1500lx下进行培养,诱导出芽.结果表明N培养基为比利时杜鹃组织培养的最适培养基. |

| Study on Tissue Culture of Rhododendron hybridun |

| Abstract: |
| The tissue culture of Rhododendron hybridun is described in this paper. The stirpes and leaves were cultured on Read, Anderson and N culture media in the sun light of 1500lx, for 12h a day,at 23±0.5℃, and adventitious buds developed. The result showed that N culture medium was the best one. |
