| 以猪苓Polyporus umbellate(Pers.)Fries 为材料,在24-26 ℃,160 r/min振荡培养条件下,进行了液体培养基的筛选研究.结果表明,猪苓生长的最适液体培养基为:玉米粉30 g,酵母膏30 g, KH2PO4 1.0 g,MgSO4*7H2O 1.0 g,CaCO3 1.0 g,VB1 0.l g,pH5.8. |

| The paper deals with the selection of liquid culture media for Polyporus umbellate . The experimental result showed that the optimum medium (per L) was corn starch 30g, yeast extract 30g, KH 2PO 41.0 g, MgSO 4·7H 2O 1.0 g, CaCO 3 1.0g, VB1 0.1 g,and pH5.8. |
