Report on Amino Acid Composition in Meat of Squaliobarlus curriculus |

Abstract: |
The amino acid composition in meat of Squaliobarlus curriculus was determined. The result showed that there were 17 amino acids in the meat,8 of which were essential to human body and their contents amounted to 57.8% of the tolal. Lys content was higher than the others. |
