In order to get the lecithin from the Soybean oil molas ses, the solvent extration suitable for both Industry and Lab is used to obtain the high-pure Lecithin sample combining with the complex precipitation and the colum n chromatography, Through the Thin-Layer Chromatography, Infrared and Ult raviole t Spectrogram, HPLC. We have made the identification for the sample and then val ued its application prospect. |
