| 苦瓜作为药食同源的植物,含有许多有效成分,其中MAP30是近来研究比较多的一种蛋白成分.本文概述了MAP30的提取及其氨基酸结构,并从RNA N-糖苷酶活性、DNA拓扑学失活功能、HIV-1整合酶抑制功能三个方面论述了MAP30抗病毒的机理. |

| MAP30, extiacted from Momordica charantia(known as bitter melon) was paid more attention in the recent years. In this review we summarize the research works on the purification of MAP30 and its structure, elucidate its effect on anti virus in three aspects, RNA N glycosidase, inactivity ability of DNA topology and inhibition of HIV 1 integrase. |
