| 莲藕是莲科莲属的多年水生双子叶草本植物，在我国湖北、江苏、安徽、江西、湖南、浙江等地区大量种植。研究表明，莲藕不同部位含有大量生物活性成分，包括多酚类、生物碱、多糖类、膳食纤维、维生素、氨基酸以及多种微量元素。大量研究者从莲藕中提取生物活性成分，发现其活性成分具有多种生理功能，如抗炎、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、降血糖、降血脂、减肥、护肝、护肾、促进睡眠、免疫调节、治疗阿尔茨海默病、抗病毒、缓解抑郁症等。本文综述了近年来国内外对莲藕不同部位的生物活性成分以及其生理功能的最新研究进展，旨在为深入挖掘莲藕药用价值提供理论参考，并促进莲藕产业的高质量发展。 |

| Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn is a perennial dicotyledonous plant of the genus Nelumbo in the family Ne-lumbonaceae. Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn is widely cultivated in Hubei, Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hunan, Zhejiang and other areas. Studies have shown that Different parts of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn contain enormous bioactive components, including polyphenols, alkaloids, polysaccharides, dietary fiber, vit-amins, amino acids, and various trace elements. A multitude of researchers have extracted bioactive components from lotus root and discovered their diverse physiological functions, encompassing an-ti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-aging, anti-tumor properties, as well as regulation of blood sugar and lipid levels, weight management effects, liver and kidney protection abilities, sleep promotion capabili-ties, immune modulation potential, Alzheimer's disease treatment prospects, antiviral activity and alle-viation of depression symptoms. This article reviews the recent research progress on the bioactive components of different parts of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn and their physiological functions, both do-mestically and internationally, aiming at providing theoretical reference for further exploring the me-dicinal value of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn, and promoting the high-quality development of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn industry. |
