设施黄瓜连作土壤对黄瓜枯萎病菌致病力的影响

摘要:
为系统研究设施连作土壤中蔬菜土传病害的发展变化趋势,探讨连作年限对土传病害病原菌致病力的影响。本文以山东省德州市王杲铺镇看水庄村不同连作年限的设施黄瓜大棚中采集的土壤样品为研究对象,通过测定其土壤理化性质分析土壤次生盐渍化的程度。并用不同连作年限土壤进行盆栽试验,分析黄瓜植株的生长情况、发病情况及黄瓜枯萎病菌在黄瓜植株内和根际土壤中的定殖情况,研究不同连作年限土壤对黄瓜枯萎病致病力的影响,为今后设施蔬菜土壤土传病害的防控提供理论依据。

Abstract:
In order to systematically study the development trend of vegetable soil-borne diseases in continuous cropping soil, and explore the influence of the duration of continuous cropping on the pathogenicity of soil-borne pathogens. In this paper, the soil samples collected from the different continuous cropping cucumber greenhouses in Kanshuizhuang Village, Wanggaopu Town, Dezhou City, Shandong Province were studied. The degree of soil secondary salinization was analyzed by measuring its soil physical and chemical properties. The growth, disease incidence and the colonization of Fusarium oxysporium f. sp. cucumberinum were analyzed by pot experiment. The effects of the continuous cropping soil on the pathogenicity of Fusarium oxysporium f. sp. cucumberinum were studied. It provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of soil-borne diseases of facility vegetables in the future.
