黑枸杞花青苷的研究进展

摘要:
黑枸杞分布在我国西北部地区,其成熟的浆果中含有丰富的花青苷。黑枸杞花青苷具有抗氧化、抗衰老、降血脂等功效。本文主要综述了黑枸杞花青苷的化学组成及性质、分离纯化方法、药理活性研究和黑枸杞花青苷的应用,为进一步开发和利用黑枸杞花青苷资源提供依据。

Abstract:
Lycium ruthenicumis distributed in the northwest of our country and its ripe berries are rich in anthocyanin.The Lycium ruthenicumanthocyanin has many fuctions,such as physiological antioxidant,anti-aging,lowering the level of blood lipid and so on.In this article,the chemical composition and properties of anthocyanins,the separation and purification method,the pharmacological activity as well as the application of anthocyanins fromLycium ruthenicum are reviewed,which provides the basis for further development and utilization of Lycium ruthenicum resources.
