Abstract: |
Aroma is a predominant factor of quality and flavor of tea,and it is mainly affected by varieties of tea,natural environment,cultivation conditions,processing technology and storage methods. In this paper,the effects of varieties,cultivation environment and conditions on tea aroma are introduced to provide references for the further study. |
