| Effect of HAP1 on Rat Gastric Ulcer |

| Whether huntingtin associated protein 1(HAP1) is localized in the mucosa of the rat and HAP1 is involved in gastric ulcer was investigated.ABC method of immunohistochemistry was used to observe the localizing feature of HAP1 in the stomach of the rat and the effect of gastric ulcer on expressing of HAP1 in the stomach.It was found that HAP1 was distributed in the mucosa of the stomach of rats.The HAP1 positive cells increased in both number and intensity in gastric ulcer rats by immunohistochemistry.HAP1 is likely to play important roles in gastric ulcer. |
