海洋真菌Penicilliun sp.W02A的生长特性及抑菌作用的研究

摘要:
丝状真菌Penicilliunsp.W02A分离自双壳贝文蛤(MeretrixmeretrixL. )。对其生长特性及抑菌作用研究的结果表明,W02A菌是兼性海洋真菌,在海水及淡水中均能生长、繁殖,但W02A更适合海水的环境,其最适生长的pH为6. 0,盐质量分数为7%。采用固体发酵法培养W02A,培养物产生的生物活性物质对革兰氏阳性菌有明显的抑菌作用。

Growth Characteristics and Antibiotic Action of Marine Fungi Penicilliun sp.W02A
Abstract:
Marine microorganisms are important resources for marine medicine. The growth characteristics and antibiotic action of Penicilliun sp.W02A isolated from Meretrix meretrix L. were studied. The result showed that strain W02A was a facultative marine fungus. It could grow and reproduce by production of spores in both seawater and freshwater. The optimal salt concentration and pH for the growth of strain W02A were 7% and 6.0 respectively. Its bioactive material produdced in solid fermentation exhibited antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria Bucillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus notably.
