| The preliminary research of cultivation conditions of the mutant strain RS12-6 obtained from N + implantation breeding has been done. The culturing conditions such as pH control, oxygen supply and temperature were studied deliberately. And the optimal carbon and nitrogen sources and their optimal concentration were determined through orthogonal design. |
