建立S180小鼠肿瘤动物模型,设计用不同的剂量处理,采用胃饲法补充从高硒土栽培大豆中提取的硒蛋白,研究大豆硒蛋白的抗肿瘤活性.结果表明:在 202.50μg(Se)/kg(体重)剂量范围内,大豆硒蛋白剂量增加可显著加强对S180肉瘤生长的抑制,并能推迟S180肉瘤大鼠的死亡时间,补硒剂量在202.50μg/kg时对肿瘤生长抑制率达78%左右;相关指标显示大豆硒蛋白可能是通过提高机体的抗氧化能力、调节免疫功能而发挥抗癌作用. |

Anticarcinogenic Activities of Soybean Selenoprotein |

Abstract: |
In an attempt to investigate the anticarcinogenic activities of soybean selenoprotein, we varied the dosage of soybean selenoprotein in mice S180-tumor model in which mice were stomach-fed the selenoprotein at level of 0.00μg/kg(Se/mice weight), 22.50μg/kg, 67.50μg/kg, 202.50μg/kg or 607.50μg/kg respectively. Our research showed that a dose-dependent cancer protection effect was expressed in rang of 22.5~202.5μg/kg in the diet. Total tumor growth was consistently reduced by 70~80% with 202.5μg/kg selenoprotein supplementation. Our data therefore implied that the oxidation prevention and immune adjusting might represent a mechanism of tumor suppression by soybean selenoprotein. |
