氨基酸是构成蛋白质的基本单位,是生物体内不可缺少的营养成份,L-亮氨酸是人体8种必需氨基酸之一,也是3种支链氨基酸之一,在医药、食品、饲料、化妆品等行业具有重要的用途,本文综述了L-亮氨酸的性质、生产方法及发酵法生产的育种思路. |

Abstract: |
Amine acids are the fundamental units of protein molecules and necessary for organisms. L-leucine is one of 8 kinds of essential amine acids, and one of 3 kinds of branched chain ones. L-leucine acid has been windly applied in medicine, nurture food, etc. The characteristics, production and application of L-leucine acid and the breeding idea are introduced. |
