猪苓营养菌丝与栽培菌核蛋白质成分的分析

摘要:
对猪苓(Polyporus umbellate)营养菌丝与栽培菌核中蛋白质的氨基酸种类及含量进行了测定.结果表明,猪苓营养菌丝中各物质质量分数是:粗蛋白325.9gkg-1,必需氨基酸总量34.924 gkg-1,氨基酸总量91.956 gkg-1;栽培菌核中各物质质量分数是:粗蛋白49.1gkg-1,必需氨基酸总量8.465 gkg-1,氨基酸总量35.847 gkg-1.营养菌丝中所含粗蛋白、氨基酸的量显著高于栽培菌核中粗蛋白、氨基酸的量.

Analysis and Comparison of Protein of Nutrient Mycelia and Cultivated Sclerotium of Polyporus umbellate
Abstract:
The determination and comparison of the active components of the amino acid and crude protein of Polyporus umbellate were studied. The results showed that the contents of crude protein of nutrient mycelia were 325. 9g·222kg-1 , the total contents of amino acids were 91.956g ?kg ~ , the essential amino acids were 34.924g·kg-1. The contents of crude protein of cultivated sclerotium were 49. 1g·kg-1 , the total contents of amino acids were 35. 847g·kg-1, the essential amino acids were 8.465g·kg . The contents of crude protein and amino acid of nutrient mycelia were higher than that of cultivated sclerotia .
