Abstract: |
The Ubiquinone-10 biosynthesis through microbial fermentation has been studied intensively all over the world because of good quality of the product and its high production ability through enlarging scale. The screening and genetic improvement of production strains, optimization of microbial fermentation conditions and purificaton of the product are reviewed. |
