| 繁茂膜海绵中两株放线菌的生物学特性及其鉴定 |

| 摘要: |
| 从大连海域的繁茂膜海绵(Hymeniacidon perleve)中分离到5株具有抗菌活性的放线菌,它们分别对白色假丝酵母菌(Candida albicans)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、稻瘟霉病菌(Pyricularia oryzae)等有良好的抑制作用.本文对其中2株链霉菌的形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特征、细胞壁化学组分、16SrRNA序列进行了系统的研究,得到种水平的鉴定结果: Hmp-S19为灰色链霉菌(Streptomyces griseus);Hmp-S26为生二素链霉菌(Streptomyces ambofaciens). |

| Biological Characteristics and Identification of Two Actinomyces Associated with Marine Sponge Hymeniacidon perleve |

| Abstract: |
| Five strains of actinomyces which were isolated from the marine sponge Hymeniacidon perleve in Dalian exhibited inhibitory activity against Candida albicans、Bacillus subtilis、Pyricularia oryzae.The morphology、cultural characteristics、physiological characteristics、chemical composition and analysis of the 16SrRNA sequence of two strains were studied. Through the analysis of these characteristics, the strains of Hmp-S19 and Hmp-S26 were identified as Streptomyces griseus and Streptomyces ambofaciens. |
