鲫鱼不同组织过氧化氢酶同工酶活性的比较

摘要:
对鲫鱼的心、鳃、肉、卵四种组织进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳并用KMnO4法染色(定性),同时与FeCl3-K3Fe(CN)6系统法进行对照,发现两种染色法得到的酶带具有一致性.然后用钼酸铵比色法测定四种组织中过氧化氢酶的活性(定量),发现四种组织中过氧化氢酶的活性大小依次为:心>卵>鳃>肉.

Comparison of Activities of Isozyme Family Members of the Catalase in Different Tissues of Crucian
Abstract:
The purified tissues of heart, gill, meat and roe of crucian were run elechophoresis on polyacrylamide gel and stained with KMnO 4 (qualitative). At the same time,staining method with FeCl 3-K 3Fe(CN) 6 was done and found out that both of the achromatic bands of the isozymes had consistency. Then the activities of these four isozymes were measured using ammonium molybdate colorimetry (quantitative). The activities of the isolymes in these four tissues were: heart>roe>gill>meat.
