| Abstract: |
| Related compounds of isonine were determinated by HPLC .The analytical column was ODS C18(length:250mm×4.6mm;filler:Hypersil;size:5μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water(10:90)and the flow rate was 1ml.min -1 . The detection was carried out with UV detector and the detection wavelength of 248nm was specified.The proposed method was selective,simple and accurate. |
