| 研究牛磺酸对蟾蜍离体心脏活动及蝌蚪抗缺氧能力的影响.结果表明:在气温为(20±1)℃时,浓度为5g*L-1,10g*L-1的牛磺酸任氏液使离体心脏跳动时间明显延长(p<0.05), 浓度为1g*L-1、5g*L-1的牛磺酸水溶液对蝌蚪抗缺氧能力有极显著(p<0.01)、显著(p<0.05)改善. |

| Abstract: |
| Effect of taurine on activity of isolated heart of toad and anti-anoxia ability of tadpole was studied. Results showed that activity of isolated heart of toad obviously prolonged at air temperature of (20±1)℃ and taurine of 5g·L -1 and 10g·L -1 ranger solution(p<0.05). Taurine of 1g·L -1 and 5g·L -1 water improved antianoxia ability of tadpole most remarkably(p<0.01) and remarkably( p<0.05). |
