| Using NH+ 4-form positive ion exchange resin to extract L-phenylalanine from its mother liquor, we found that the best pH value of the mother liquor was 1.0 and 95% of L-phenylalanine was obtained by desorption solution of 0.15mol·L -1NH 3·H 2O. |
