| Effect of Taurine on Endurance Capacity of Mice |

| Abstract: |
| It was verified by animal experiment that taurine had the effect of anti-fatigue(p<0.01) and anti-anoxia(p<0.01). The pharmacological effect of taurine on mice model was observed. The results showed that the mice could significantly prolong the survival time and the swimming time. It indicated that taurine could reduce oxygen consumption of the cardiac muscle with increased isoprenaline. |
