BCAA对大鼠LDH、TNFα、Ca2+-ATPase的影响初探

摘要:
目的:初步探讨BCAA对大鼠LDH、Ca2+-ATPase、TNFα的影响.方法:Wistar鼠,随机分为正常对照组、BCAA实验组.正常对照组摄食普通酪蛋白饲料,BCAA实验组饲料添加BCAA,5周后处死动物取标本待测.结果:BCAA显著增加血中TNFα水平,明显增加骨骼肌LDH活力,显著增强心肌和骨骼肌中Ca2+-ATPase活性,但不影响血乳酸、肌中LDH活力和心肌及骨骼肌中糖原含量.结论:BCAA具有调节LDH、Ca2+-ATPase活力,促进TNFα分泌的作用.

Abstract:
Wistar rats were divided into normal control group and BCAA experiment group at random. After 5 weeks, samples were collected for testing concentrations of lactic acid, TNF α, glycogen and activities of LDH and Ca 2+-ATPase. TNF α level, activity of LDH in skeletal muscle and Ca 2+-ATPase in both myocardium and skeletal mucle increased obviously in BCAA experiment group. And there were no significant differences of lactic acid, LDH activity in myocardium and glycogen content in myocardium and skeletal muscle between two groups. BCAA could modulate activities of LDH and Ca 2+-ATPase, and increase TNF α secretion.
