神农架林区和自然保护区链霉菌资源考察

摘要:
首次从神农架林区和自然保护区的原始林、次生林、荒地、耕地采集土样78份,用5种培养基分离放线菌.经挑选留取96株,其中86株放线菌为白长链霉菌(Streptomyces.albolongus) 等55个种或类群种.对神农架林区和自然保护区链霉菌的分布规律作了初步探讨,讨论了土壤类型、植被类型、海拔高度、气候条件、人类活动等对神农架林区和自然保护区链霉菌分布的影响.

Investigation of Streptomyces in Shennongjia Natural Conservation Region
Abstract:
Seventy-eight soil samples were collected from the primeval forest, secondary forest, wasteland and cultivated farmland in the natural conservation region of ShennongJia. Ninety-six pure strains of actinomycetes were isolated by spreading the soil samples on five kinds of isolating plates, and eighty-six pure strains were identified as streptomyces, which could be classified in to fifty-five species. The correlations between the distribution of Streptomyces in the region and soil types?altitudes?climates?human activities were discussed.
