报道了L-缬氨酸高产菌XQ-6(Leu1 AHV α-ABhr2-TAhr)摇瓶发酵条件的研究结果.试验结果表明,当发酵培养基中葡萄糖、(NH4)2SO4、KH2PO4、MgSO4@H2O、玉米浆和生物素的最适用量分别为14%、5%、0.1%、0.05%、0.5%和25μg/L时,经发酵培养72 h,L-缬氨酸积累可达58g/L,最高为62g/L. |

Abstract: |
The research of the fermentation condition of L valine was caried out with hyper producer Brevibacterium flavum XQ 6 (Leu 1 AHV r α AB hr 2 TA hr ). The optimum contents of glucose, (NH 4) 2SO 4, KH 2PO 4, MgSO 4·7H 2O, biotin, corn steep liquor in fermentation medium were 14%, 5%, 0.1%, 0.05%, 50 μg/L and 0.5%, respectively. The strain could accumulate 58~62 g/L of L valine when cultured with shaking for 72 h. |
