采用原子吸收分光光度法和FDBN柱前衍生高效液相色谱等方法测定了葡萄色顶枝瑚菌中的矿质元素、氨基酸和蛋白质的含量.矿质元素K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe的含量分别是:42.5000mg/g、0.9000mg/g、0.4130mg/g、0.0112mg/g、0.0643mg/g、0.0317mg/g、0.0737mg/g;蛋白质含量为28.17%;氨基酸总量为226.91mg/g,其中七种必需氨基酸含量占氨基酸总量的49.25%. |

Abstract: |
The content of mineral elements, protein and amino acids in Ramaria botrytis was determined. The results showed that the content of K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn, and Fe was 42.5000mg/g, 0.9000mg/g, 0.4130mg/g, 0.0112mg/g, 0.0643mg/g, 0.0317mg/g, and 0.0737mg/g respectively. The content of amino acids was 226.91mg/g, equated to 28.17% of protein in which the content of 7 essential amino acids was 49.25%. |
