苣苣菜的营养成分测定

摘要:
分析测定了山东中部野生苣苣菜的营养成分,结果表明,其主要营养成分含量与常见蔬菜相当或较高,并含有18种氨基酸,其中包括8种必需氨基酸,EAA/TAA=37.3%,接近AHO/FAO参考蛋白模式.

Determination of Nutritional Components in Sonchun arvensis
Abstract:
The nutriments of the Sonchus arvensis , a kind of edible wild vegetable growing in central Shandong, was determined. The contents of main nutritional compoent of the wild vegetable was similal or superior to that of common vegetables. It was found that Sonchus arvensis contains 18 kinds of amino acids, including 8 essential amino acids (EAA), The EAA/TAA=37.3%, which approximated that of reference protein model proposed by WHO/FAO.
