烧伤后回肠组织二胺氧化酶活性变化的动态观察

摘要:
采用大鼠烫伤模型对烧伤后回肠组织二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性和肠道内容物IgA水平的变化进行动态观察.探讨烧伤后肠道机械屏障与肠道免疫屏障变化及相互间的关系.结果表明,烧伤后回肠DAO活性和肠道内IgA含量均明显降低,但二者变化趋势有所不同.提示烧伤后肠道屏障损伤与肠源性脓毒症关系密切,而且肠道机械屏障损伤较重,持续时间较长.

A Dymanic Observation of Change of Dianine Oxidase Activity in Ilium after Burn Injury
Abstract:
A rat model was used to observe the change of diamine oxidase(DAO) activity in ilium tissue and the levels of IgA in ilium centents. A decrease in DAO activity in ilium tissue and lowering of IgA level in ilium content were observed, but there were some differences in their trend. The results indicated that the damage of intestinal barrier closely related to gut derived sepsis ,and the injury of intestinal mechanical barrier were more serious and more endure.
