| Abstract: |
| Accumulation of selenium(se) in Polysitictus versicolor was determined. The results showed that under the optimal culture conditions [pH 5 5～6 0,fermention temperature at 25～30℃, the stirred speed 160r/min and in the medium containg selenium], the Se_recovery and the biomass of polystictus versicolor were the highest. |
