| Determination of amino acid contents in 9R Composite Amino Acid Injection Liquid and 3H Branch Chain Amino Acid Injection Liquid by the developed AccQ.Tag method was described. The time for the assay procedure including the separation and determination was only 9 minutes. The developed AccQ.Tag method is more rapid, practicable and accurate than the standard AccQ.Tag method. |
