| 选用普通实验室均能实现的Woessner第Ⅰ法对自制胶原海绵和Gelfix(国外样品)进行了羟脯氨酸含量测定,结果表明,该方法操作简单,重复性好:自制胶原海绵的羟脯氨酸含量稳定,与国外样品的羟脯氨酸含量接近,且与胶原蛋白的羟脯氨酸含量接近,证实了两种胶原海绵的纯度均较高. |

| The determination of hydroxyproline in collagen sponge |

| Abstract: |
| The quantitative determination of hydroxyproline in collagen sponge, prepared by ourselves and Gelfix (abroad sample), was carried out by means of Woessner method Ⅰ. It showed that Woessner method Ⅰ was simple and the result was reprcduceable. The content of hydroxyproline in collagen sponge prepared by ourselves was stable and similar to that in Gelfix, and was very similar to that of the collagen protein, therefore the high purity of both kinds of collagen sponge was confirmed. |
