摘要:

通过单因子和正交试验,对粘红酵母产L-苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)培养基进行优化,L-苯丙氨酸的积累浓度可以从2.0 g/100 ml提高到3.3 g/100 ml,最终得到了L-苯丙氨酸解氨酶发酵的最适条件.

Abstract:

The medium for production of L phenglalanine ammonia lyase from Rhodotorula glutinis was optimized by means of single facor and orthogonal experiments. The concentration of L phenylalanine converted by L phenylalamine ammonia lyase increased from 2.0g/100ml to 3.3g/100ml in the optimized conditions.
