| Abstract: |
| The analysis of Var australis (Diels) Rehd nutrients showed that it contained mineral elements, fiber, proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins including β-carotene. And at least 17 kinds of amino acid were found in Var australis (Diels) Rehd . It provided the basic data for the utilization of this wild plant. |
